The Glass Tower

Located in the heart of Worcester’s Central Business District, Union Station is a short walk for commuters and local bus service stops in front of the building. Tenants will enjoy ample parking as there is an attached parking garage able to accommodate 600 vehicles.  There is also quick access to I-290, I-90, and Route 146 with Direct access to I-90 (the Massachusetts Turnpike).

Newly Renovated

Synergy Investments acquired the building in the fall of 2019 and has completed extensive renovations to restore 446 Main Street to its rightful place as the crown jewel of the Worcester office market.  This capital investment includes upgrades to all base building systems and is highlighted by the addition of amenities including a tenant-exclusive gym with lockers and shower rooms, a Wi-Fi connected lounge, collaborative outdoor space, new retail options, and an expanded and upgraded main building lobby.
